Buying and bidding

Open a live auction, enter at least the displayed minimum bid and confirm it. Bids cannot be withdrawn. Auctions may extend by two minutes when a bid arrives near closing.

Selling

Create an auction or classified from your dashboard. New offers remain pending until moderation approves them.

Transactions and disputes

Both parties confirm a successful exchange. If something is wrong, open a dispute from the transaction page before confirming completion.

Messages and reports

Keep communication inside MyPamoja. Use “Report this content” on a listing or profile when you suspect fraud, abuse or prohibited content.
